• 1. Wetsuit Hire Terms and Conditions

    The hire period runs from date of order until the last day of September 2016. Suits must be received by us by this date or they will not be accepted. Refunds are processed within 28 days of receipt. All suits including early bird hires are checked to ensure the suit is in as new condition - if the suit is damaged when returned we will contact you to inform you of the damage and the charge which will be made against your deposit.

    Please clean the suit before returning and ensure that you enclose a returns form with your contact details in the package. We recommend using a signed for service when returning so that you can trace the delivery as we will not refund your order if the suit is not received here.

    If you need to return a suit for a different size then please use the returns form and return to us - you are responsible for return costs. Postage costs for the second suit will be charged against your deposit at a reduced rate of £6.

  • 2. Stock

    We aim for our website to reflect the stock we have in-store. If the availability box says Call please call us for up to date availability. We do not advertise products on the website that are no longer available from the manufacturer although occasionally there is a delay before the website is updated.   • 3. Delivery

    Where possible we ship all orders received before 4PM on the same day using First Class mail. Hire suits are sent on a 3/4 working day service and we do sometimes experience delays with stock due to particularly high demand. Please contact us if you are unsure of when you may receive your hire suit.

  • 4. Overseas Orders

    We are happy to ship overseas but we do ask overseas customers to pay a delivery charge. Please contact us for the relevant postage costs.

  • 5. Returns

    If you return an order to us and request a different size or alternative product we will send it out free of charge except hire suits which will incur an additional postage charge of £6 as stated in the terms and conditions. If you require a refund we aim to process them within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

    If the product is faulty or wrong due to a mistake on our part then we will send out replacements free of charge and refund you the cost of sending the goods back to us. For all returns please include a letter giving details along with a copy of the original receipt. Returned goods must be unused and with all appropriate packaging and labelling intact.
